The Year 3 Students of 3N and 3W experienced a time traveler's delight when they visited Bodden Town's Heritage Day. They viewed artefacts and learnt how to perform certain household chores using the same tools as their ancestors. Here are some of the chores they reenacted:
Churning Butter!
Pounding Cassava Flour!
Sweeping With Thatch Brooms!
Exploring The Uses of Mysterious Cooking Tools!
Also.....Relaxtion and entertainment at the local crab races and shopping for coconut and thatch items after a hard day's work!
Finally.....
No one could resist the arrival of a delicious huge chocolate
doughnut from the present...... with sprinkles!
